A muslim who claims he did not know Tesco sold alcohol is suing the store for religious discrimination after having to carry crates of drink as part of his job
This is not unexpected, next Muslims will be suing for having to walk past butchers and pubs in towns. We have given in far too many times to close the floodgates now. Like the pub landlord given an ASBO for having the world ‘pork’ on a sign on his premises, or the threats from a Muslim councillor regarding Derby’s attempt to rebuild the Florentine Boar, Gupta warned ‘If the statue is put back in the Arboretum, I have been told it will not be there the next day, or at least it won’t be in the same condition,’ or the ice cream that was banned as it apparently looked a bit like the Arabic word for Allah.
The idiot said that he had no idea that Tesco, Britain’s largest supermarket, sold alcohol! Normally, when attending an interview it is best to read up on the company, if he was this ignorant about the company and the job, how did he get it? Probably due to Tesco needing to fulfil their ethnic quota.
He claims he was forced to leave because handling beer, spirits and wine is against his strict Islamic beliefs….
As I have mentioned before, this is completely untrue. The Qu’ran does not explicitly ban alcohol, nor even its consumption, merely intoxication. The whinging Saudi only had to move the boxes in his forklift truck, not drink them. If he had this much of a problem with alcohol why did he move to Britain, Europe’s binge drinking capital, in the first place?
Naturally many Muslim religious leaders have jumped straight onto this, pointing out that Ahmed is talking out of his rear end and is wrong about the alcohol – but of course they haven’t. As usual all we get from the Muslim ‘leaders’ is silence and one has to wonder why?
You also have to wonder why it took Ahmed eight months to decide that moving alcohol was against his religion? I am sure that in reality he had simply come to the conclusion that working in a warehouse was rather dull decided it would be much easier to get his money in one fat sum by making up some sort of ludicrous accusation.
What next, a butcher being sued by a Hindu for making him touch beef? A Jew suing a greasy spoon for having to cook bacon? No, of course not, this lunacy is only restricted to Muslims, at least at present.
Which raises another point, surely the devout Muslim was also transporting pork related products too? Also dog food and dog toys? Surely these too would be Haraam? Then again perhaps he thought he wouldn’t have as good a case unless it was the demon drink.
This is what happens when us Brits bend over backwards trying to be tolerant and respectful of the beliefs of others, they take advantage. Far better to be clear from the start that this is Britain, if you intend to live here you will have to try and fit in and adapt to accomodate the others that live here, Britain won’t change to suit you.
Those that have the mindset of Ahmed, shouldn’t come here in the first place. I’d like to see him sue for religious discrimination in his homeland, Saudi Arabia!
